This is a Photoshop CS 2 tutorial. The tool I will use is not available in Photoshop 7. Changing the background is not difficult. But sometimes the background does not match the photo pasted onto it. This can be fixed with Match Color in Photoshop.

I have cut out the cheerleader from Photo B and pasted it on Photo a. Note the difference in color between Phto A and Photo B. I have used the Match Color Tool in Photoshop CS 2 to make Image C realistic. The colors now do not look out of place. The tutorial is here.
This tutorial will teach you how to Match Color in Photoshop. You take two images. You use the color of one image to change the color of another image. This is particularly useful in case of images where the color is not to your liking or too light or too dark. Then take an image where the color is just what you would like it to be. You can change the original image's color dramatically by using the Match Color Tool.
I have used two unrelated pictures to demonstrate what Match Color can do. Try it out it's easy.
Step 1 : Open two images in Photoshop like this.
Step 2 : Go to Image>Adjustment>Match color as shown above

Step 3 : The Match Color dialogue box opens.

Step 4 : I have chosen the flower picture as the Source Image to change the color of the clouds. See above.

Step 5 : The image of clouds has changed dramatically. That's all there's to it.
